A series of everyday rings that highlight the interplay between white and yellow gold. The main challenge was designing a wide ring that stays comfortable for all-day wear, as wide rings can feel constricting over time. To solve this, I used an openwork structure that allows air circulation, making it as comfortable as a narrower band. The ring pictured here started as a curved band of silky matte, oxidized white gold. I added bale-like elements to complete the “missing” portions along its edge. Sharp, deep incisions with glossy polished edges divide the band into segments, each housing a rose-cut diamond

In creating these earrings, I transformed diamond-set hoops into elegant swing-like suspensions for a pair of rock crystals, meticulously cut in my atelier. The crystals’ unique cut, inspired by orthorhombic pyramidal formations, is my own design. Transforming a jagged rock formation into a bustling coral reef, this exquisite pair of earrings features micro pavé-set diamonds overgrowing Tahitian baroque pearls. For enhanced design freedom and reduced weight, the pearls were cut into irregular halves and set cabochon-style within the reef formations. These were meticulously carved in wax to match the pearls’ shape, cast in white gold, and encrusted with diamonds. Contrasting the reef, the pearl settings are crafted in yellow gold, highlighting the golden tones of the brown diamonds.
