A series of everyday rings that highlight the interplay between white and yellow gold. The main challenge was designing a wide ring that stays comfortable for all-day wear, as wide rings can feel constricting over time. To solve this, I used an openwork structure that allows air circulation, making it as comfortable as a narrower band. The ring pictured here started as a curved band of silky matte, oxidized white gold. I added bale-like elements to complete the “missing” portions along its edge.
